Yes. Rights holders receive a per-view payment and a monthly statement. They keep their rights; the streaming window is non-exclusive unless they choose otherwise.

No. Moonless+ is operated by Moonless Media & Entertainment, the for-profit company. Moonless Media, the 501(c)(3), runs the festivals' educational programs and is a separate organization.
